ZoneAlert Service Monitoring checks your server in intervals of up to a single minute, and notifies you that your server is down via email. On select pacakges, we offer Pro-Active Service Monitoring in which the system automatically opens a ticket with our 24x7 support department the second the service is detected down and our service technicians immediately start working on getting your service back online. Please note you must have an existing Enterprise Virtual Server (VM-series) in order for the Pro-Active Support to be enabled. Login to your ZoneAlert control panel and see live stats of all your services, monthly reports and also add additional services or emails.
